288min How Our Bank Transfer Route Works

How Our Bank Transfer Route Works

We built Bank Transfer for you when you prefer moving PKR through your own banking app rather than a wallet screen. The flow shows the account title, reference instructions and amount before you send. After your bank marks the transfer as complete, you upload or enter the receipt details so our cashier team can match sender name, amount and time. JazzCash, Easypaisa,

SadaPay and Raast may appear in nearby account flows, but this page is for direct bank transfer handling.

HELP CHANNELS

Help During A Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer support is focused on matching your sent funds, not making you repeat steps. When you contact us, share the exact amount, sender bank, transfer time and receipt image if available. That lets us check the cashier queue against your account request and respond with a useful next step.

Team online

Missing credit check

If your Bank Transfer left your bank account but has not appeared on 288min, send the receipt and transfer time so we can trace the matching cashier entry.

Wrong amount query

If you sent a different PKR amount from the request screen, tell us before sending another transfer. We can check whether the first one can still be matched.

Name mismatch help

If the bank sender name differs from your 288min account name, support may ask for extra confirmation before the Bank Transfer can be credited.

TRANSFER MATCHUP

288min Bank Transfer Compared Clearly

A Bank Transfer page should do more than display an account number. On 288min, we build the transfer journey around practical checks: what you send, how you prove it, and how we...

01

Instruction clarity

We keep the receiving account details and requested amount together, reducing the chance that you copy one part correctly and miss another part during transfer.

02

Receipt-first handling

Our Bank Transfer flow asks for proof after sending, so the cashier team can match your completed bank activity without relying only on chat messages.

03

PKR consistency

Amounts are handled in PKR, which keeps your bank transfer, cashier request and 288min balance aligned without confusing currency conversion steps.

04

Delay visibility

When a Bank Transfer is not instant, your request stays traceable by time, amount and receipt, making the follow-up more precise.

05

Name checks

We check sender identity against the 288min account, which is useful when a transfer arrives from another bank account holder.

06

Manual resolution

If an entry needs extra checking, our team works from the receipt and bank record rather than asking you to start from zero.

07

Local bank fit

The flow is shaped around Pakistani banking habits, including IBFT references, Raast timing and receipts from common mobile banking apps.

Bank Transfer Questions Answered

Open your account cashier, choose Bank Transfer where it is available in supported regions, then copy the receiving bank details and exact PKR amount before sending through your bank app.

Keep the receipt screenshot, bank reference number, sender bank name, amount and transfer time. These details help us match your Bank Transfer with the correct 288min account request.

A pending status can mean your bank has not released the entry yet, the receipt needs checking, or the sender name needs confirmation before we credit your account.

A different sender name may require extra checks. If you use another person’s bank account, contact support with the receipt so we can assess the Bank Transfer properly.

Do not send a second transfer immediately. Share the receipt and the amount you actually sent, and we will check whether the Bank Transfer can be matched manually.

Raast may be available through your own Pakistani bank app. If you send through Raast, keep the receipt and reference details so our cashier team can trace it.
